Effective Date: November 24 2024

Service Agreement: By scheduling services with J1 Energy Services, you agree to these terms. Services include window installation and HVAC installation as agreed in your estimate or contract.

Estimates and Payments: Estimates are valid for 30 days. A deposit may be required before work begins. Final payment is due upon completion unless otherwise specified in writing.

Scheduling and Cancellations: Appointment changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur fees.

Liability: J1 Energy Services is not liable for damages caused by pre-existing conditions, unexpected structural issues, or delays due to factors beyond our control.

Customer Responsibilities: Customers must provide clear access to the work area and notify us of any hazards or restrictions.

Termination: J1 Energy Services reserves the right to terminate services if terms are violated or unsafe conditions are present.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of
Washington, United States.
